xvest demo – 110% bodyweight clapping pushups
I finally bought a weight vest. If you’re serious about bodyweight training, it’s only a matter of time. Here I demo the xvest. I’m really happy with it. It’s super adjustable, in one pound increments from zero to 40 pounds, and fits really snug with velcro elastic straps around the core. Good stuff!!

lol nice. and clap pushups too! now did that take u a while to build up to that?
a while… hmm. Yes + no. I was already doing clapping pushups, and sometimes double clapping pushups. So adding weight wasn’t so hard. I would say most people who can do 20 pushups can probably do a few clapping pushups, and most who can do 20 clapping pushups can do 10 double clap ones. From there add weight, and try five as I did. It’s all about progression aka baby-steps!
