About

 Ever since he ran his first 5 minute mile at age 16, Sean has been an avid runner. His fitness interests grew in his thirties, when he discovered bodyweight training. From Yoga to Pilates, gymnastics to rock climbing and even Capoeira, the brazillian martial art, he continues to cross-train and expand his own fitness horizons.

More recently, as friends and colleagues began to seek guidance in their fitness goals, Sean discovered that by sharing his experience and insights- personal training was not only a good fit for his skills, but a true passion as well. He is now a Certified Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
